Spring Flowers

Spring is officially here, and soon gardens will begin to bloom again. One of my favourite hobbies is photographing flowers and trees up close. I love capturing those small details that remind us a fresh season is starting. I’m sharing a few photos I took in April 2024 to welcome the season ahead.

Move Management: We Support Every Step of the Way

Did you know our move management services can be customized to your needs?

We can help with just one part of the process such as packing, decluttering, unpacking, or organizing, or we can manage the entire move from start to finish.

A Recent Project:

Recently, we supported a senior client who had been living alone and realized it was time to move into a local retirement home. She had previously attended one of my presentations and reached out when the transition became urgent.

Our team began by decluttering the basement, then carefully worked through the rest of the home while packing items for her new space. Her daughter was involved, but many families rely on us to handle the details so they can focus on supporting their loved one.

We coordinated the movers, supervised the moving day, and met them at the retirement residence. While items were being brought upstairs, I unpacked and placed everything where it belonged. By the time she came upstairs, her bed was made, toiletries were accessible, and her TV was ready, allowing her to settle in comfortably right away.

The following week, we returned to clear out the remaining items. Our junk removal partners, It’s Recyclable, assisted with removal, and Absolutely Spotless Cleaning prepared the home for listing. You can learn more about them here:

Helping clients transition with dignity, calm, and care is at the heart of what we do.

New Service: Selling Small Collections

Do you have collectibles you would like to sell but aren’t sure where to start?

If your items can fit into four boxes or fewer, I can sell them on your behalf through an upcoming online auction hosted from my home.

Examples of desirable items include:

  • Vintage kitchenware
  • Silver or silver-plated pieces
  • Jewelry you no longer wear
  • Old toys (Lego, Playmobil, Thomas, vehicles)
  • Antiques in good condition
  • Coin collections
  • And more

Simply reply to this email for details about this new service.

(For larger estates or full household clear-outs, we also run online auctions directly from your home.)
