Happy April!

The flowers are having a hard time coming up this year but I am happy the sun is staying out longer.  We had a very busy March with getting homes cleared to list and are continuing in April. We do still have some spots available in April.  Dale and I are celebrating 6 years together and are attending a cool fundraiser this week to celebrate.  

I am speaking at a Freelton church tomorrow and then doing a Lunch and Learn with The Rocca Sisters Team. Then our Living Well in Retirement was rescheduled for April 30th so if you want to come make sure you register after reading this by clicking on the photo. 

Need to Sell your Home?

We have been doing a lot of prep to list for homes going on the market this year.   One we have packed for the client and taken items to charity or the dump as they were moving cross country. Two we have had Maxsold online auctions -see below and then cleared out what is left after. One we have just donated and/or disposed of everything.  One we did packing, moving, unpacking, found a handyman/painter and then removed of all that is left. 

What is it you need done to get your home ready?  We have connections and a large team to get everything done in a timely fashion.  

Are you an agent who has a client needing help? Please get in touch. If you are a homebuyer then it is never too early to start decluttering, even if you don’t plan on selling for a few years. 

The current auction is in north Etobicoke so if you bid on and win small items but live in Hamilton I can bring them home -nothing large, and we can arrange a PU date soon after.
